The April 8 event will be a look into food fermentation at Prairie Research Kitchen, the new facility at Red River College. The Prairie Research Kitchen is located at Red River Colleges School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts on the 11th floor of Patterson GlobalFoods Institute at 504 Main Street.
The research kitchen serves western Canada’s vibrant food production industry. Chefs will have an opportunity to tour the facility and to hear first hand some of the wonderful things that are happening in the world of food fermentation at the lab.
Research Chef Kyle Andreasen and Chef Terry Gereta will be our hosts and will give us some insights into the wonders of food fermentation and the technical advancements in the field.
