For our January event we will be hosted by DeLuca’s who will welcome the CCF to their new facility at 66 South Landing Drive in Oak Bluff, Manitoba.
Join us for a truly decadent evening with two of Winnipeg’s finest chocolatier’s and patisserie ; Helmut Mathae C.C.C. and Donald Pattie C.C.C..
The Chefs will share and demonstrate their artistic flare and mouthwatering creations. We will start with a quick discussion of chocolate tempering, types of chocolate (tasting) that DeLuca’s has in stock, as well as touching on how to make paper cones for decorating. The Chefs are planning to explore simple truffles, Almond Dragees, Molded chocolates, Mint Fondants, Simple chocolate decoration and Mint Meltaways.
