Culinary Federation Meeting at the Iceplex

The MTS Iceplex will be the site of our next meeting on November 9, 2022 at 6  pm.

 our special guest and presenter that night will be Chef Dustin from Loaf and Honey

Here is a brief introduction from Dustin

I am producing an aged and hand-washed Monastic cheese that was passed down to me from Brother Alberic of the Abbaye des Prairies Monastery in Holland MB.

We are also producing small batch fresh whipped Ricottas in a variety of flavors.

I have been in the industry for 25 years starting out as a baker at Salisbury house and moving to the kitchen after a year of baking. Have been managing kitchens for almost 20 years. Have a strong passion for our local food producers and fully believe that one of our biggest roles as chefs is to support and promote our farmers and small scale producers.
