We are EGG-CITED that the Culinary Federation has an EGG-CELENT October meeting planned!
The Egg Farmers of Canada have HATCHED a plan to host a Black Box Competition, being held at Sysco Foods, 1570 Clarence Ave, Winnipeg on October 23rd, 2023.
Final teams will be created on the day of the event. Red Seal chefs will be Team Leaders , 6 teams total. Instructors are encouraged to bring their students. Students must have their instructors in attendance to participate.
Teams will be made of 5 people, the participating cooks will be drawn from a hat. There is plenty of room for Associate Members and guests to attend and watch the event.

Following up with our Amazing Fall 2023 Schedule, the CCF Winnipeg Branch is hosting one of only 2 competitions being held nationally by The Egg Farmers of Canada. The Mystery Box Challenge will have 6 teams competing. Register today to get on a team!!

Red Seal chef members will lead teams including both students and other chef
members (5 total members per team)
Focusing on Canadian Egg industry, debunking supply chain concerns, and strengthening trust in the Canadian Egg farmers
