The October meeting of the Culinary Federation will be an delicious evening at Piazza De Nardi at 1360 Taylor Avenue.  The De Nardi family will welcome us to their home and greet chefs with a starter of fresh pasta prepared and presented by the culinary team at La Grotta Mediterranean Market. The highlight of the evening will be an inside look at the sausage making techniques and fine charcuterie that is being done in house at La Grotta.  In addition to the specialty meat items there will be a sampling of the fine cheeses and house made bread items that make Piazza De Nardi the best stop for classical Italian food and beverage in the city. Come early and tour the Piazza specialty market and see the tastes of the world come to life in south Winnipeg.
