Sysco National Senior Culinary Challenge April 4th
Do you have what it takes to compete against your peers? or know someone who would be interested?
Join us Thursday April 4th for a fun day of practice and competition, competition starting by 9:00 a.m. at the Winnipeg Sysco kitchen.
Winner will have Winnipeg bragging rights and then compete in Niagara Ontario for the Canadian National Title; Marriott on the Falls, 6755 Falls view Boulevard, Niagara Falls, Ontario May 28th, 8:00 am
Great exposure for the participating Chef and employer.
You will have 60 minutes to prepare and present 1 main course dish for 6 persons.
Black box style competition, you will have 15 minutes to write a menu description, before the 60 minutes of cooking time starts. Proteins in black box will be duck and salmon.
1st place winner will receive $2500.00 CAD, 2nd place winner $1700.00 and 3rd place $1000.00 at the national competition.

Must be member in good standing.
Branch will pay (flight & registration) expenses but you and your company must participate in funding. (accommodations)
