We are excited to invite you to our next Canadian Culinary Federation meeting, January 11th at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Winnipeg!  General meeting starts at 6pm and Executive meeting at 5pm.

Jon Royal, RRC Polytech’s Work Integrated Learning Coordinator will be presenting the RRC Polytech culinary, hospitality and baking co-ops & requirements, Work Integrated Learning mentorship, connecting with employers and how CCF partners can connect with RRC Polytech students for Co-op opportunities.

Fairmont Hotel Executive Chef Nitin Sharma will discuss his nearly 10 years with Fairmont Hotels, and the current working relationships with RRC Polytech, the co-op placements and the student chefs themselves will speak to their experiences as RRC polytech alumni and their time at the Fairmont Hotel.
