The Culinary Federation Winnipeg will have their first fall meeting at South Beach Casino, Wednesday, September 11th.

Hosted by Chef Garren Kumps, they will serve traditional Icelandic and Ukranian foods. We plan to discuss the changing food culture and how to be successful at finding and retaining new employees from around the world.
