Our January meeting will be held at Tenderloin Meat and Sausage on 1515 Main street at 7:00 pm. Chefs will have the opportunity for an up close tour and sampling of Winnipeg’s top sausages and to get a behind the scene look at the new production facility hosted by Jeff Beaucage. Tenderloin will be open that evening only for members and guests. Please confirm your attendance with the branch.
